Founded in 1996, ATC was initially formed as a boutique ticketing and marketing business. The company then expanded beyond those areas to become focused on the management of music artists before expanding into other complementary music industry areas over the last few years.
The Group’s growth has accelerated in recent years with a substantial increase in revenue. In addition, the business in the USA has expanded and new offerings including Driift have been developed.
The Group is headquartered in London, with offices in Los Angeles, New York and Copenhagen. ATC Group Plc is led by an experienced management team who have operated across multiple music industry sectors. The Group’s established, long-standing client base, combined with innovative new offerings, give the Directors confidence that the Group is well positioned to capitalise on the opportunities emerging from a disrupted music industry.

Strategy
The Directors are developing the Group’s model to provide a fully integrated service empowering creators and artists to build optimum commercial structures to generate increased revenues and profits.
As it houses numerous services within one Company, the relationship between Group and artist can evolve such that the artist is engaged across multiple Group offerings, fostering a genuine ‘creative/business partnership’.
The music industry remains a multi-billion dollar growth market and is forecast to see a sustained period of rapid growth, according to a Goldman Sachs report. Further, in the Director’s opinion the music industry remains fragmented in the mid-market, offering the opportunity to build a significant business through growth and acquisition.
Key Strengths
The Directors believe that the Group’s range of service offerings and strategy of developing ever deeper business relationships with artists through integrated investment, high-level service provision and long-term career planning will be a driver for substantial growth for the Group over the coming years. Supporting this ambition is the Group’s key strengths which can be summarised as follows:
Strong and experienced Board and management team, aligned with shareholders
Long-standing industry connections and networks, recognised by leading brands
Broad portfolio of clients and longevity of relationships
Attractive mix of products, solutions and ethos
Commitment to innovation instilled through a creative leadership team
Attractively positioned in a fragmented and disrupted market
